Gail (Russell) Littell, ND

OUR DOCTORS:
Gail Littell is a native Hoosier and is the founder of Hoosier Naturopath. Dr. Littell serves as the executive director of Hoosier Naturopath. She is the mother of 3 grown children, the grandmother of 11, the step-grandmother of 2, and the great-grandmother of 3. She has practiced massage and bodywork since 1979 and is a licensed massage therapist in Indiana. Having begun in 1969 at I.U. Bloomington, Dr. Littell completed her bachelor's degree at Indiana University Southeast in 2007 and earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario in 2013. Gail has maintained an active Naturopathic Physician license with the State of Vermont since 2014. Naturopathy was a natural extension of her lifelong interests which include sustainable/organic farming, wildcrafting, reading, investigating all things natural, teaching (including home schooling), therapeutic massage and bodywork, her relationship with the Lord, family, and critters. She especially enjoys working side-by-side with family (including her Christian brothers and sisters), tramping around in the woods, digging in the dirt, and watching rural Hoosiers experience their 'aha' moments as they move in the direction of resilient health. Dr. Gail is a founding board member of Hoosier Naturopath and currently serves as president and treasurer.
