Due to current medical law in Indiana and the absence of regulation of naturopathy/naturopathic medicine, we have chosen to legally protect our doctors, and the licenses they hold in other states, by limiting their professional activities at this time. It is our hope that a health freedom law ("Safe Harbor Law") can be passed in the Indiana legislature which would allow drugless practitioners (those who do not use pharmaceuticals or surgery in their practices) to work to the full level of their training with those Hoosiers who desire their services.
